Dear Mr. Jose Calvillo,
Now that we have settled into our townhouse, my family and I wanted to
thank you. We would like to thank you for all of your help, for listening and
helping us find all that we wanted in our beautiful and spacious townhouse.
I wanted to share a story with you. A few days ago, I met up with some
friends. One of my friends brought one of her friends, we started talking about
the new and wnderful things that have happened in our lives. I told my girlfriend,
that we had bought a home, and told her my main cross street. Well, her friend that
was sitting at my right asked “where did you buy?!” and I repeated my main cross
streets for them. She knew exactly where I lived, and she continued to question
me. She described our home completely, from the bedrooms, to the bathrooms,
down to the tile. After all of the questions, we realized we were talking about the
same lovely townhouse.
To her dismay she realized she lost her lovely and reasonably priced
townhouse to us. She asked how we got it, and I simply replied, my realtor Mr.
Calvillo was up early in the morning and working for us, while your realtor was
sleeping. She asked, “Did you offer more money?” and I said, “No, we gave
them what they asked for.” She said, “Maybe you guys had better credit and that
is why they gave it to you.” I answered, “No, the thing is that when the realtor
who was selling the townhouse called your realtor to tell him that your offer
expired your realtor didn’t answer the phone. At that moment he called my
realtor Mr. Calvillo and my realtor was up early and working for us, he
answered the call and got to work on getting us what we wanted which was our
home.
She was quite upset. She said, when they saw this place they fell in love
with our home. She told me all of the reasons she loved our home and I of course
had to agree with her.
She also shared that they ended up settling for a place with only two
bedrooms and a carport. She said that she didn’t like it at first because it was not
well taken care of, and they had to do a lot to make it acceptable.
With that story coming to an end let me once again say THANK YOU,
THANK YOU, and THANK YOU!
When I see my family here, in our home, I know we will always have you
to thank. We understand, when people say that the early bird catches the worm.
Thank you for all of your help and patience,
Ms. Arenas and Mr. Gomez
